Heartcore Live Sessions — 1:1 Weekly Coaching

You're ready to stop doing this alone.

12 weeks of weekly 1:1 video sessions. Face to face. Real-time. Someone in the room with you while you do the deep work — not after, not later, right now.

Mom in quiet moment
If you're here, you already know

You've been white-knuckling this on your own for too long.

You've tried the async route. You've tried the books, the podcasts, the screenshot folder full of someone else's regulation tools. And in the moment — when your kid is losing it and your jaw locks — you're still alone with it.

You don't need more information. You need a witness. Someone watching your face, hearing your voice crack, naming the pattern with you while it's actually happening — not three days later in a voice memo.

Some work can only happen face to face. This is that work.

The Container

Same time. Every week. Face to face.

Heartcore Live Sessions is 12 weeks of weekly 1:1 video call coaching. We meet once a week at a standing time — your anchor in the week — and we do the real-time deep work together. I see your face. You see mine. Nothing async, nothing performative, no editing yourself before you speak.

You get a workbook to move through between sessions so the work compounds. No Voxer access between calls — this container is built around the weekly session as the anchor, on purpose. You'll have somewhere to put it all on Tuesday at 10am (or whenever your time is).

Trained in DBT, ACT, and IFS. Jai Certified Parenting Coach.

What changes by week 12

Grounded. Honest. Actually in the room with yourself.

And in the room with your kids — not white-knuckling through them.

Real-time pattern interruption

Someone sees the loop start and names it with you — before you spiral into it again.

Weekly accountability that compounds

A standing session means the work doesn't slip. You show up. It actually moves.

Face-to-face depth

The kind of being-seen async can't replicate. Your face. Your voice. In the same room.

A workbook between calls

Bridges the days between sessions so the insight doesn't evaporate by Thursday.

Self-compassion that's real

Not affirmations you don't believe. Earned tenderness, built session by session.

Confident, grounded, yours

By week 12 — settled in your own skin and softer with your kids. For real.

Real questions

The stuff I know you're already thinking.

I can't commit to a weekly call.
This is for the mom who's ready to prioritize herself — one hour, one time a week. If you've been waiting until life calms down, it won't. The weekly anchor is the point. It's what makes this work.
What if I miss a session?
We reschedule. Life happens — sick kids, work stuff, the unexpected. You won't lose the session. We'll move it.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching — a different container. I'm trained in DBT, ACT, and IFS frameworks and Jai Certified, but we're focused on patterns, tools, and forward movement, not diagnosis or treatment.
What's the difference between this and Heartcore Ignite?
This is live, real-time, face-to-face. Ignite is async, on your timeline. Both get you there — different paths. Live Sessions is for the mom who needs to be seen in the moment. Ignite is for the mom whose life can't hold a standing appointment.
I don't know if I'm ready.
If you're asking that question — you probably are. Readiness isn't a feeling that arrives clean. It's a decision you make while your hands are still shaking.

You're ready to have someone in the room with you.

Not a worksheet. Not a podcast. Not a voice memo waiting in your phone.

A person. Looking at you. Doing this with you.
