your bestie behind the work
hi, I'm Jess
Mom of three little queens. Family & Relationship Coach. Maker of reminders.
I work with women doing the big, brave, exhausting work of breaking cycles, healing what got handed to them so it doesn't get handed down. That work doesn't happen just sitting on a meditation cushion. It happens at 5pm when the kids are melting down and you hear your own mom's voice coming out of your mouth.
In those moments you don't need another lecture. You need a reminder. So that's what I make, by hand, mostly on my couch in Iowa. 90% of it is one of a kind. Kind of like you.
You're not terrible or hopeless. You're a human who is overloaded.
AND you're doing the work anyway. That deserves support.
